Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roavv platform. By creating an account or using Roavv, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• Drivers must hold a valid driver's license and pass verification checks.
• Crew Members must provide registered, insured, road-ready vehicles.

3. Nature of Service

Roavv connects independent vehicle owners and drivers. Roavv is not a transportation provider, employer, broker, or insurer.

4. Accounts

• You agree to provide accurate information during signup.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• Roavv may suspend accounts for fraud or policy violations.

5. Payments & Fees

• Drivers ("Roavvers") authorize automatic billing for weekly rates, deposits, fees, and damages.
• Vehicle owners ("Crew Members") authorize Roavv to deduct platform fees from payouts.
• Late returns may result in additional charges.

6. Vehicle Use

• Drivers must return vehicles clean, fueled, and in original condition.
• No reckless, illegal, or unauthorized use.
• No unapproved drivers may operate the vehicle.

7. Insurance & Responsibility

Drivers are responsible for damages not covered by optional protection programs. Roavv is not liable for accidents, loss, theft, or injury.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false documents or information
• Illegal or unsafe use of vehicles
• Sharing or subleasing accounts
• Attempting to misuse or manipulate the platform

9. Damage, Tickets & Violations

Drivers are responsible for all tickets, tolls, violations, towing, and damages during their rental period.

10. Termination

Roavv may suspend or terminate platform access at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in unsafe behavior.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, where permitted by law.

12. Updates

Roavv may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
